Nice employees but they will hound the heck out of you. I was approved for $4k but didn't use it right away. They called and called to the point I almost said forget it! 3 to 4 times per day. I answered and told them what I had in mind and that I was still shopping. Hot darn! Still kept calling! You will get notification and reminders 3 days before the due date. Worrisome! They call from all kinds of numbers but most don't say anything. I actually wanted to talk because I was having an issue logging on but no one said a word and called me back 7 times that day.
They have nice furniture but everything is over priced. Conn's is the perfect name for it...bunch of con artist. You have to put 20% down on whatever you buy so of course they will approve you for a credit line. Those poor souls that work there work on commissions so they bug you endlessly to come back. IF I purchase something from there it will be some lamps!
Seemed a little too overwhelming at first but I believe it was that only employee. Good experiences with others. Stores clean and organized, easy to locate what I'm looking for. Very helpful.
Their sales tactics are ridiculous. Really took advantage of my mother on a laptop. The computer was way overpriced. When we could not set it up due to it already having a password (obviously had been purchased earlier and restocked), they advised it could not be exchanged and had to go to repair. Management claimed that it would not have been resold and essentially questioned my and my mother's integrity. Only reason I went through the repair process is because she did not want a scene. Would have never let her buy it if I was living here. Poor customer service, poor management.
The person followed us around even know we said we were fine and did not need help but we found what we were looking for.
