We bought our first set of bedroom furniture from Bowen Town and Country in 2000, and have returned several times since because of the great service, quality furniture, and reasonable prices. We recently needed queen-size bed rails to convert that original bed from a full-size, and both David and Garry helped me order a set that closely matches our bed, even though the original manufacturer is no longer in business. The price was better than anything I could find, even online. The order arrived quickly and I got great service at the warehouse too. I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next furniture purchase.

My last purchase was a king size bed and tempur-pedic mattress set which has been wonderful to sleep in. My husband has not complained about his back aching since the purchase. Twenty years ago I purchased a Hancock and Moore sofa through Bowen Town and Country Furniture. The sofa arrived in perfect condition and on schedule. More recently, we realized that either we had gotten older or the seats had become softer. In any case, it was more difficult to get up from the sofa than it had been. The same sofa is still available so I called Bowen and asked if it would be possible to obtain new foam cushions for the seats. The salesman surprised me by saying our warranty would cover them. Our dog had scratched the leather so I asked about getting new leather covers. This too was possible for a reasonable price. The inner cushions and covers arrived sooner than expected and we couldn't be happier! Our "new" sofa looks and feels great! We highly recommend Bowen Town and Country Furniture -- and Hancock and Moore!
