I was delighted to buy my furniture from COLFAX.FURNITURE.
My coworker told me that she went to look at furniture. She found something that she liked. They told her they would run her credit to see what she would qualify for. She walked out because she wanted to shop around. She told the lady, she would think about it. She looked at her bank account a few days later and she had a line of credit on her profile for $3,600 that she did not ask for!!!! She called her bank and found out it was Colfax Furniture who opened the line of credit. They said they are going to close the account and reverse any negative effects on her credit but she feels deceived. They didn't say they were going to open a credit account. She's not going back there. I am in the market to buy furniture but I will not shop a brand that lacks integrity.
I will definitely return to COLFAX for any future furniture needs.
Their employees were friendly and helpful and their prices are far below the competition and their furniture and mattresses are all high quality.
Horrible customer service especially from the manager Gary. Was lied to by him several times and when I finally went to pick up my furniture that was supposed to be delivered three days prior, but was called twice with excuses as to why he couldn't deliver the furniture after scheduling deliveries on those two days, he was on the phone with a customer telling them that the extended warranty didn't cover punctures which was the same extended warranty that I purchased for $165 and was told by the salesmen ("even if your wife puts a knife in her pocket and forgets it is there and sits down in your recliner and puts a hole in it, it's covered in the warranty") that it did indeed cover punctures. Overall very unsatisfied with my experience and will never shop at Clofax again nor would I recommend anyone to.
I had an awesome time at Colfax yesterday. Prices were reasonable and although I went looking for bedroom furniture, I had the best time finding the greatest finds ever in pictures. In fact, cool pics are all over the store! What a great day!!!
