The staff were great. Joanne was wonderful. Helped me get a chair I found on line. Knowledgeable about the products & extended warranty is a bonus. If you don't use it, after the 5 years they give you in-store credit. So you lose nothing by applying it. Plus I have the security of an awesome warranty. The delivery guys were wonderful. Very polite, ahead of schedule. Didn't bump into anything bringing my new chair in. At this point, I'm very satistified. Hopefully I will get years of enjoyment from my chair. Most likely will be a repeat customer. Thank you all.
