The staff was waiting there for me when I brought my beautiful girl in for gastric dilatation. The staff was very professional and explained everything to me and my family. They gave us all the options that were available. Unfortunately my girl passed away but we were able to be there and hold her for her last moments. Something our family will never forget. Afterwards they gave us time to grieve and time to ask questions. Thank you to the staff at Carolina Veterinary Specialists and to Dr Mulchi for all that you do.
I had to bring my cat in on a Sunday, on a holiday weekend, for potential poisoning. They were very prompt, kind, and took my cat back for examination right away. It turned out that the poisoning was not that serious. They explained the situation well, and did not recommend a bunch of unnecessary procedures. I highly recommend.

Thry were so kind and caring our Mia had rapidy taken ill overnight and Sunday morning when we arrived she was immediately taken back and examined the news wasn't good but the Dr explained very thoroughly what was wrong. We knew the terrible heartbreaking decision we had to make. They were so empathetic and we had time yo hold her and say see you again someday sweet baby girl.
