I have been to this store several times lately due to a new puppy. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I like that I have the opportunity to donate to help pets.
I love the job that Jeffrey and Thomasina in the grooming dept do with my Cocker Spaniel, Golden. They adhere to her needs as she is older and has arthritis. I really appreciate that. The ONLY reason that I didn't give a 5 star rating is because I think there should be a stricter store policy on how customers restrain their dogs. Not everyone wants to play!!!
Everything you would need for your pet. Decent prices. The crew in the grooming service is amazing! Very good to my dogs, friendly and patient. They know what they are doing. There is usually someone available for walk-ins, and appointments are easy to get (and can be done online).
Very friendly employees. Will help you find what you need and fit items for your pet. The grooming place treated my dog really good and cleaned her well. You can bring back items and exchange or refund within ninety days
I know I can order stuff online but it's so nice to be able to pick something up and examine it to determine if it's right for our fur baby.
PetSmart has a lot of nice things for your furry family members... I really do enjoy shopping there but if you're interested in something that might be a lil' hard to find, most likely you won't be able to find it there either...although, if they do carry your "hard to find" item, you're probably going to pay an arm and a leg for it... over all, I like PetSmart & I'll continue to shop there for my "Babies"
