2 dogs and 1 cat put me at MTAH approximately once a month, between anal glands and all sorts of other issues.
Staff is always friendly. Very supportive in sad times and always share joy in HAPPY times.
They take it all in stride. They're all extra friendly and understanding. Possibly more important - they've been able to schedule appointments same day (anal glands: the struggle is real).
Dr. Craig and the staff at MTAH are top-notch, period. They've taken care of my dogs for years - I won't go anywhere else as long as this practice is operating. Dr. Craig has seen it all and is unbeatable for diagnosing problems and thinks "out of the box" to find the proper treatment for your pet. Our terrier mix has had a sensitive stomach for years, finally developing pancreatitis. After treatment with IVs and injections over a couple of days, Dr. Craig put him on low-fat Rx dog food and the little guy is like a different dog! He feels better and our life is much easier with his improved health. Take your pets to MTAH - you won't be disappointed.
This is a fabulous place with a staff that is above par. They are responsive, love your pet and are so kind to their clients. My dog was involved in a dog attack and he was rushed to the hospital. They took him from me, put me in one of the private rooms while I waited and quickly came in to give me reports on the dog - luckily Rocky was fine. They kept him for the entire day, loved on him and took great care. Thank you!
Truly I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and all of the people who work there. I have an incredibly anxious dog who goes crazy at the vet. Although I am sure they do not look forward to his visits they always act excited to see him and make me feel safe and comfortable while he is being treated. I moved out of town and still travel to them just because I know my dog is in great hands there.
