A pretty good time for 8 and up. Any younger and there are to many chances to get run over by bigger kids. You have to buy their socks which at $2 isn't bad, but why??? You can however wear them again, but we have found out that after 2 washes they fall apart. The staff is nice and works well with the kids. The customer base is clean cut. No trashy people of any race. Music is perfect for the environment, hip, clean, and up beat. Overall, I will give it 4/5 stars. The only reason not 5/5, the snack bar is outrageously expensive.
Great place for my son to burn off energy and stay active. Not in the best part of town, but it's safe. Be cautious of the arcade games, not all of them post the accurate amount of money required to play and I've been duped out of money. They claim to not give money back if you didn't see the amount required to play. I've been caught by a couple partially out of order games like the zombie game where only one gun worked. Staff does well and they are polite and friendly considering they deal with wold kids and irritated parents all day, haha! The late night jump time on Friday and Saturday are a lot of fun with black lights, etc.
Great location for starters. My daughter really enjoyed herself while attending a birthday party. My problem is your charging $18 but then if you don’t have on white or neon you must buy a $7 shirt. This is suppose to be a family friendly environment NOT the military. I counted over 7 children bumping into other children within 30 mins, however; all of whom had on neon colors. So for the cashier to say I need to wear neon so that children wouldn’t bump into me isn’t working well for this company.
The staff are friendly & understanding of childrens needs. We have never went into this place and left unsatisfied. We always have an amazing time. I believe this is the best place around for kids to have fun and be safe at the same time! Great Job guys!!!!!!
Took 6 kids, ages 7-11. All had fun - even though it was busy it was well organized. Right at the end of our hour, my 11 year old had a terrible nose bleed. Staff immediately came to help, made sure all areas were clean, and one staff woman stayed with him to make sure he was ok, helped calm him down and clean him up. Went above and beyond what I expected. I wish I caught her name. We were very grateful!
