I live here
I lived at Crowne Park from 2012-2015 and thought it was a great place to call home. The grounds and common areas were always well kept and tidy as were the exteriors of the buildings and walkways. Interiors were well laid out, had good insulation (electric bill was always reasonable) and new appliances in the kitchen. The front staff was always friendly and helpful and quick to notify of package deliveries. On the rare occasion I had a work order it was addressed immediately. Conveniently located next to two grocery stores and with easy access to Silas Creek (though far back enough that traffic noises were not an issue). I had no complaints about the property or staff while living there.
I lived here for two years and maintenance and management were always very responsive and effective. I had no complaints during my time living at Crowne Park for any reason. However, when I left, Crowne Park created unreasonable and exaggerated charges to my account (ie unclean bathtub, stains on walls, etc.) when I had thoroughly cleaned my apartment before I left. Thus, they did not return my security deposit. Do not expect to get your security deposit back; it is more akin to a fee.
