Property is beautiful they have two swimming pools and a kitty pool volleyball court dog park barbecue areas all around fitness facility computer lab it just have everything you need for the Comforts of living

5/28/17 there was a major incident involving swat and no residents where allowed to enter for hours. This place is so dangerous I fear for my life living here!
I just want out this place is hell. They never fix any thing ever. Half of the stuff that came with this apartment doesn't work any more I contact management to get it fixed they come out and do nothing and say it's fixed. On top of that the crime rate here is insane cars get broken into regularly and in April some idiot speeding through the parking lot totaled 5 cars. If you bring any of theses concerns the management they just threaten you and extort every cent of money they can get out of you. if you can't pay they won't accept rent till you pay there extortion money. please I beg you if your reading this do not move here it is hell.
Big neighborhood with swimming pool and gym. Apartments are difficult to find, doesn't appear to have been renovated recently, and the dumpster is always overflowing with trash everywhere.
I just transfered to a bigger apartment due to having another child and needed the extra room. The apartment was beautiful and thought it was a great choice. The neighbor warned me as I moved into the new apartment that everyone before me had a roach problem. I didn't believe him because I've lived here for 4 years with no bug issues. Sure enough, the same day, a roach crawls down the wall later that day. I have called numerous times in the last 4 weeks and they have sent someone once! That's a slap in my face as I have lived here with no problems the last 4 years! I'm going to call one more time for someone to come out here and if no one shows this time, they can pay my terminex bill and I will consider leaving quickly if the issue isn't resolved!
I have finally moved out of here and I am so glad to get away from this place. They charged me a large amount of money from damage caused by there lack of maintenance. Don’t be a sucker avoid moving here it is hell. To all the people stuck here good luck and get out as soon as you can.
Also, I don't know how many times I've called to get things fixed and no one EVER puts a report in to maintenance! The maintenance people are absolutely amazing but the office staff doesn't seem to communicate well as well as do the things they claim they will. They jacked my rent up for absolutely no reason whatsoever and called it a "new management" change....I signed a lease! It should have never went up! Plus the longer you live here, the more they charge you each year. It should be the other way around in my opinion! Cheaper for every year even if it's $25 a year not a hundred or more more per year! This place is insane! Every time they change management, it keeps getting even more ridiculous! Apparently, I was informed by a staff member that the property manager doesn't read the paper she signs so the amount of my rent was different than the paper she signed which is ridiculous! I've never had this issue in my life until now! This place is beautiful and I love my apartment but their office staff is insane and it's being run completely wrong in my opinion!
