The commisary, and phone contact situation is one big money racket. That's to be expected, I guess. The place (at least on non-inmate side) is pretty clean. My biggest complaint is most of the people I have to deal with in order to find out information about, or to visit my family member, are soo rude, and uncompassionate. It seems they really hate their jobs, or maybe they hate people who have the misfortune to have a person close to them make a mistake.
Not the cleanest but it is not a place you want to visit again.
Called to see if they had Mr.Elmer Andrew Keller, the officer I spoke with was very rude and must hate his job. My taxes gives him a job.
