I also come here since 2014. I even have a place Credit card. I love the CP clothes very affordable and Quality. But the last few times I went in, the employers are very mean and rude. I ask for help and the have me waiting for 20 mins and it's not like they are helping anyone just stocking shelves. And when they do come to help, it's always " we only have what's out."
Be careful on returns!! Even if the merchandise is not woren and you have a receipt you are not able to return the item or receive store credit!!! I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter picked up the wrong size on accident, tried to return the shoes and because the tag was missing I was not able to! Basically lost $25. With a return policy like that I will not be shopping there anymore.
Be careful on returns! The receipt says that you have 45 days to return the item but if they have already sold out of the item you can not get your money back, store credit or exchange it. Ridiculous system and the employees just shrugged their shoulders and said, "Sorry!" On one item I was allowed to exchange it for a different size and I purchased another shirt out of desperation. When they did the exchange transaction and the new purchase, they said they were not allowed to give me a receipt! What? I want my receipt to ensure you charged the right amount to my credit card. Crazy system! You have lost my business over these silly policies.
