Literally just had the worse experience here and I will NOT purchase anything else from this store!! I have been outside since 5am this morning to get a pair of Fruity Pebbles Foamposites. I was the 6th person in line and the store didn't open until 8. Unfortunately people were able to sneak in the mall and form a line of their own. While the people who were there at 5 am stood outside in the cold. Once the incident was discovered none of the employees cared to figure out who was there first. I'm sorry I thought it was first come first serve which would make those folks who stood out there in 30 degree weather first. Not the ones who drove past the line and found a way into the mall. Security was the one who told us to stand outside but was no where to be found during the mess that erupted in front of the store. I was very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. And like I said I won't be shopping at this location again. I am a lover of shoes but I also believe in having honesty and morality and today none was displayed. Smh hopefully the next time this will be handled a little better but for me I won't have to worry about it. Because they will no longer get my money. You guys just lost a very loyal customer!
