This is a nice Sams Club. There is almost always enough merchandise to meet the demands of the sales. Most of the staff is nice and the bathrooms are cleanish.
Bought a load of laminate flooring today. An employee loaded a cart full and brought it to my van. I noticed two boxes were damaged. They made me return them to the return desk and go myself and get two that were not damaged and then had to scan returns and replaced ones , get my card and do paperwork while my van sat parked blocking other cars ( I had only one spot by the entrance to load). I complained that this was very inefficient and unnecessary. The return employee didn't give a damn that a customer was inconvenienced. Nice customer service...NOT!!!
Everyone is kind and their attention toward the customer satisfaction is over the top. The store is as clean and organized as my own home. Its always a pleasure to be in the store especially around the holidays. You can't beat the bargains.
Good Customer Service is lacking at this Sam's Club! I came in during my lunch hour to place an order for a fruit platter for this weekend. Had to place my order where they bake the rotisserie chicken. The lady there saw me and never came to the counter to ask what I needed. A guy came out of the butcher's side and I asked him if he could help me with a fruit platter order. He said that lady over there will help me. The woman never turned around to acknowledge that I was there even when she saw the butcher guy point her out! Sam's Club needs to do a better job at training their employees with customer service. I left of course and will place my order somewhere else where my business is appreciated!
