My boyfriend purchased a tv and couch here a while ago and didn't make payments like he should have so they took their product back, which is completely understandable. What I don't understand is afterwards. . . After getting their product back they continued to harass us. They kept stopping by and asking if we would pay and we kindly let the drivers know that the product was already taken away from us yet they continued to harass us...waiting outside our house hours at a time and one guy even decided to have a seat on our porch and wait. I was scared. After like a couple of weeks I decided to order a bed set from elsewhere. (This is my first time renting furniture from anywhere). During the process of the other company moving our stuff in one of the Best way drivers stopped by (I was inside so I didn't know about this until after they left) and told the other company to "watch out for us" saying things like "they'll sell your stuff, don't trust them ". That is completely untrue. They had all their product back and it's against the law to slander people. They slandered us, harassed us, and tresspassed. The guy walks inside and notified me of the scene that just accrued and basically threatened me or in his words "Just making sure I know the law " about selling things that I've rented. Anyways I was pissed and called best way and spoke to someone who claimed to be the manager who only played dumb about the entire situation and done nothing to stop the harassment. I was stomped at what to do because I had never had an account with Bestway. EVER. yet they treated me like some criminal and made me feel unsafe in my own home. What do I do ?
Never had a late payment. Today I called to let them know their website wasn't working for payments and trued to make arrangements to pay Monday in store. I was advised to give my credit card payment over the phone. Their line is not pci compliant and my credit card is at home, I am at work. Refused to assist. Told me to have someone get it and call them! I don't want to give just anyone my card.
All imma say is go somewhere else... Save ur disappointment... Its only one nice n professional worker there and that's is Mrs Camille other then that don't waste ur time...
If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional, rude, and nothing is ever noted if arrangements are made and everybody tells something different than the other and yet they all talk trash about each other
When they delivered my merchandise they kept commenting on how nice my light up cell phone charger was. When they left so did my charger. They will steal from your house. Also when I was late on my payment and they came to my house they flipped my trash can over and all the trash was in the road. Do not go to Best way for anything.
