The store is clean and for the most part, well organized so that you can locate what you are looking for. One of my favorite things is that you are not bothered while shopping, but can easily locate someone to assist you. Have a variety of options for most electronics you need. Downside is that you will need navigate through a lot of traffic to get to the location
Only one complaint. When I ordered an item online and went there to pick it up it was damaged and obvious. Item inside was fine but why sell it like that ripped and dented box and hand it over like nothings wrong. No explanation nothing. Other time I ordered TV and all was great including service.
I placed an order for a car stereo with install with the so called "geek squad". I called after trying to set an appointment online. (The system says cannot process your request). After several tries not getting through to the aforementioned "geek squad" I finally called customer service who said the order was in, and he would get me an appointment. After several minutes on hold, a friendly, but inept guy named Samuel picked up. After 20 minutes of trying and telling me he wasn't familiar with what he was doing, he told me that I would receive an email for the appointment. The next day I did indeed get an email, saying that my order was cancelled. Great experience Best Buy. I will go ahead and say, that is sarcastic, the level of incompetence at Best Buy leads me to believe they may take it as a compliment.
Excellent experience!! A+Was shopping for a new living room TV and got the absolute best deal here. I ordered it online for store pickup, received status updates and once in the store my TV was at customer service ready to go. I was in and out in 5 minutes or less. All staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Will be returning on upcoming laptop purchase.
I tried calling again and after speaking with 2 people, being hung up on while holding twice, and getting kicked back out to the auto attendant on my third try, I have given up.
I went to best buy to buy a car stereo and I couldn't get anyone to help me. I went to ask an employee is they could call someone over there and they snapped at me saying they were with someone else before they would even hear me out. I would not recommend coming here for customer support. The picture below is the radio I tried to purchase.
