The food is always great here. The service is usually good, but last time after having a coupon for a free entree, the waitress told us that we had to be Rewards Members to use it. I asked her to show me on the coupon, and she said that it wasn’t “necessary” but that the manager would be unhappy if we weren’t members. I feel like I got roped into becoming members unnecessarily.
The service was exceptionally fast. My wife and I were in and out in less than and hour. For a Saturday afternoon that was amazing. They happily took my bogo email coupon. It was a delight.
Worst PF Chang experience ever. Service was very slow non attentive waited for 20 minutes for drinks and then a bar tender comes out to tell us he can't make what the ladies ordered. Seemed to be very happy when they said they would just have water. Ordered egg rolls for appitizer finally got them half way through meal. Ordered lo mein with no mushroom of course it came out full of mushrooms. I will give the food runner credit for saying just keep this one and take it home. We will get you another. Manager never came around unlike every other visit to this location. Food was just not tasteful. And then as we leave see a sanitation rating of 93 still an A but not for PF Changs.
Beautiful decor. Good variety menu. Dinner prices a bit high. A friend told me that lunches are a good bargain.
Food and staff are awesome. The only thing I have to complain about is the amount of food for the price. Not enough food for the price. But love, love the food.
