Visited this spot for Sunday afternoon. Staff was very pleasant. There was quite a wait for our food after we ordered, I would say close to 30-40 minutes. My food was not correct, had to be sent back and it took a couple of minutes for my correct food to arrive. I ordered the steak and shrimp fajitas. The black beans were cold although the bowl was warm. A portion of the rice, peppers, onion and shrimp was burned, it was stuck to the pan. The steak was over cooked as well, very tough. Not sure if I will eat here again any time soon.
Went up in there sat night. It wasn't too busy but it was kinda later on in the evening. Friendly staff and they got our order out pretty quick. I like how you can pay at the table and bounce up outta there. Their chicken crispers were good but not as good as they used to be. Otherwise hit this place up
This place is terrible. We last week and had a bad time. Wanted to give it another try and it was a wasted effort. Staff are rude. Management does not care. I had a dirty glass, all they did was pour the drink from the dirty glass into a clean glass. I didn't drink it but was charged. That's fine. Burger overlooked. Fries cold. I won't be back.
We were seated near the bar and waited 30 minutes and were never approached by a waitress. The manager (who seated us) asked us how the food was and we said we were never served. He didn’t try to ask any questions. We live 5 minutes but will find another Chili’s to eat at.
