The person making my order was distracted. Made my order wrong. Didn't apologize or correct. I had to wait 15 mins for black beans.
Purchased a bowl with brown rice, pinto beans, pulled pork, salsa, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream. It was delicious! I also bought chips. Brought it home and thoroughly enjoyed it. I was just recently introduced to Chipotle. So glad. It's now one of my favorite places to eat. Love it!
The whole place was filthy. The floors and tables were very very dirty. The tables sat empty for the whole 30 minutes it took to walk through the line, but they were never cleaned. The bathrooms were worse. There is no changing table and the bathrooms seemed to not have been cleaned in who knows how long. The handles to the stale was sticky and toilet paper was everywhere. The toilets had paper coming out of them and spilling onto the floor. Over the years, this Chipotle has gone down hill.
Excellent food, but pretty noisy.
Great meal. The staff at Hanes Mall is great. Fast friendly and always get our order right. Great job.
