Food was good.....just allow time for service and checkout.
Nice local spot for burgers. It has a 1950's theme. The staff here are very helpful. I've never had any complaints with the food or service and always stop when I come to the Winston Salem area.
Bad service. Ordered food to go and was ignored. A man (I assume he was the manager) was too busy yelling at his waitresses after tossing my bag to me across the counter - so no one even apologized for not telling me my food was ready. The girl who took my order even walked past me about six times while I was waiting on my food and made eye contact every single time - knowing my food was ready and sitting on the counter in a bag! I had contemplated going to this restaurant for a long time since it's in a shopping center. This was my first and last visit. I actually hate to say that because the burger was not that bad at all. It was really good.
Service was okay. Food was awful. I got the Shrim Po Boy, bread was stale and hard to eat. My wife had gotten a burger which didn't taste too well. Felt like a sauna as well.

I use to visit this restaurant a lot until I actually sat down inside for dinner one evening with some friends and family. Well just to say their service isn't speedy I guess there wasn't enough cooks. I can say that when you finally do get your food it is amazing.
Well it took awhile to get service....food was good.....took even longer to pay our check.
The owner was on the phone the whole time and offered no assistance to his employees. Sit at the bar next time...maybe things will be quicker. They need to understand that most people only have 30 to 45 for lunch.
