I had the best service ever at this place from one of the waitresses named Kiki. She was so attentive to me and my friends wants and showed concerned if our food wasn't prepared correct. She was on point with taking our orders without having to write it down. I'm so looking forward to my next visit.
Steak was horrible. Chicken was so close to being raw and it was stringy. Made me sick and puke after it. Lady was nice. Don’t go there. Unless u like to get sick. Tea was horrible. Chips were ssssooooo salty. Steak was supost to be medium but was well done. Never going to eat again there again. Rotten Lettuce
The waiter was very prompt and attentive. Even though it was the lunch rush, we were still able to receive our orders in a timely manner.
Sanitation grade has decreased to a 90
Food was good, came out timely and wait staff were terrific. The only complaint is the steak I ordered was there top sirloin and it was full of ligaments. It was cooked medium rare as I like but was hard to cut and very hard to chew. My friend ordered the same steak but orders medium well. His was even tougher. Applebee's is not to fault. I have not found a good steak anywhere these days even in Firebirds or McIntosh in Charlotte NC. A fifty dollar steak will not get you a steak anymore without gristle or ligaments. Some other country is getting the premium beef these days. I've given up on beef and eat only fish. I just hoped they may have a good steak but no joy.
