The food is great but more importantly the customer service is awesome! When I came through one day, part of my order wasn't in the bag. I called and spoke to the manager, Chris. He was extremely nice and I have not been back through since that day. So the next thing I know I've received a letter in the mail and a free meal. I have never had that experience. I came here for lunch. It's a great dining spot in the West end. The dining area is bright and clean. I ordered the shrimp and grits while my sister ordered the tomato pie. The shrimp and grits were fantastic. It was flavorful and the shrimp was cooked perfectly. The cream sauce got heavy when I was about half way done, but I think that's typical for this dish. I didn't really care for the tomato pie. It was a bit too oily causing the bottom crust to be soggy. The flavor was good, but nothing exciting.
Good place for a quick bite. If you like chicken, and they have some hot sauces as well, they have good salads as well and I enjoy taking my family there.
Forget chicfila this place is the best ! Salads are so plentiful and fresh. Their dressings are delicious perfection. Chicken is fresh crispy and juicy. I’ve ate here approximately 5 times. I try to make excuses to go to Winston-Salem just to get a chicken Cesar salad. Wish there was one in Kernersville or High Point. Great menu variety.
My family loves the food here! Although it is quick, there are healthy alterative to the regular fast food fare. It is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful!
