The salad bar & hot bar area was well maintained. The entire restaurant (restroom included) was very neat & clean. There was a variety of food on the salad bar & everything was fresh. The meats were seasoned & cooked to perfection. We tried a variety of desserts & each one was very tasty. Our waiter was outstanding; we had a party of 8 & he made sure each one of us were taken care of. It's a rarity that cleanliness, good customer service & delicious food are found under one roof. This is why I gave this restaurant 5 stars!
The food was okay but not worth the cost compared to other steakhouses like Firebirds. The visit could have been better if our server would have tried just a little. Shawn one of the gaucho and was so wonderful about getting one of our guest well done steak. He really tried to make everyone experience good. He gets 4-stars.
It was nice. Not my kind of restaurant but it was a great experience. Lots of meat options! Wish there had been more options of sides.
Took my father and family for a birthday dinner last night and have to say that the waiter was excellent as well as the meal. This was by far the best way to enjoy everything that you could possibly want to eat at a decent price all the while getting maximum attention. I definitely will be returning with more people to introduce them to this style of dining. Welcome to Winston-Salem!
Food was good. We had a large party so service was a bit of a challenge. They were nice but slow with drink refills. Some in the group thought it was better than other similar chains. I thought it was a little lower on the list but still very good.
