A CASH offer was signed back in October and the bank quickly accepted. It is now the very end of February and still no closing date in sight. This is a cash offer people! I tried calling the main phone # today and it isn't even functioning!? Since they are part of Keller Williams Kernersville I had to call over there to get another number. The Agent isn't calling back. After writing this review I'm calling and letting them know we are walking away from this deal! Buyer and Sellers BEWARE.
