I've been renting from Baldwin for the past seven years thanks to Dorothy for helping during the approval process. She is great and professional to work with. I've just applied for my second rental. Mindy Lowe was professional and very helpful. Everything went well with a hitch. The service and professionalism has been awesome.
We love living at 836 Oak Street! We spent some time looking at other places downtown and nothing compared. We found it to be the best value for everything this place offers. We love the storage unit and ample parking. Baldwin has been quick to respond to requests to fix things and courtesy about entering our place if we can't be here. Our property manager Mindy is very helpful and attentive. Responding to concerns and questions. She helped me within the day when I was having trouble with my garage door opener. Two thumbs up all around.
Had the WORST experience with this company. Very unprofessional with the exception of a few of the people that work there. They do not keep your information confidential. The workers that they use to fix issues within the rentals cut corners and do not provide quality work. The homes are nit taken care of. My service was absolutly horrible from begining until the time i relocated!
I've been happy to call 836 Oak St my home for a few years now and it has been great working with the property manger, Mindy! Maintenance request are always responded to in a timely manner and Mindy is always available to answer any questions. They even helped me when I locked myself out of the unit bringing the master key by outside of typical office hours. This location is great, near everything downtown, and the price can't be beat!
Baldwin has been great! I've rented with them for about a year and a half now. Any maintenance issues I've had have been swiftly addressed. The staff (especially my Resident Service Specialist, Mindy) are helpful, kind, and capable. They have an array of different properties, all fairly priced, across Winston-Salem. I actually plan to move into another Baldwin property shortly, and would gladly rent from them anytime.
