Rent is too high
*Update* I moved into my apartment in Feb 2016 and I've absolutely loved it. When looking for a new place the first thing that always sets the tone for me is the friendliness of the staff and right off the bat I was impressed. Jessica in the leasing office has been nothing but an absolute godsend from finding me my perfect apartment to answering questions to making sure to wave and say hello anytime we pass. The grounds are always well taken care of with gorgeous flowers everywhere in the Spring. It's in a great location with tennis courts and a park within walking distance, a nice sized year round pool and a brand new pet park. Definitely recommend for people looking for a quiet, well maintained area.
Management did nothing about loud parties

Loved the apartment large space lots of storage and if your nice to the staff theyre nice to you its like that for everyone. If someone was mean and rude to you would you be nice to them no. Yes no utilities are included but it builds a sense of indepence almost like a step in front from apartments and a step behind your own home. This place is just absolutley magnificent its a must to go see for your self jessica was my angel in disguise because she walked me through the application process every step of the way the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Lets face it crime happens everywhere even in gated expensive communities so yes there is crime around but not often its rare actually i feel like i can leave my car unlocked and know its going to still be there because we all know we have those moments we forget to lock our cars. Others may have had a bad experience but thats what your going to get if you have that mentality going in and if you dont follow regulations. I cannot wait to move in and enjoy my new home soon and to then write an even better review.
Don't live here unless you want to live in a concentration camp. Random inspections (are we 5?), too many dictated fees to pay (water, sewer, trash, renters insurance, etc), and a pool you can't play music at. Oh yeah, you have to have your own washer/dryer. Traffic's not the best around here either. If I could do it all again, I would have moved to a nicer place.

She entered room that stated my dog was in there and put their hands on my dog!!! When I wasn't at home! I have proof! They waited for me to leave.
Better off buying a house!!!
They will ruin your life and your finances
Words can't explain the positivity and respect this community brings. I have toured all of Winston Salem and I can say it's been hell! God place amazing people in this world for a reason. Thank you for being amazingly helpful!
