My wife and I spent our first wedding anniversary in one of the beach houses that Signature Real Estate owns and rents out.

We were both blown away by the house (beautiful interior design and a ton of amenities) as well as how easy the process of renting the house was with Signature Real Estate. Would highly recommend any of their properties in Ocean Isle Beach! Will definitely be doing business with them again for our anniversary this year.
I was referred to Teresa at Signature RE by another out of state owner - she had switched over from another property mgmt company we both were using that was a major pain with constant tenant turnover and repairs required. I switched as well and wish I would have found Teresa/Signature sooner. Since then, she has also helped manage the rehab and leasing of another rental property for me, as well as for an investor friend that I referred to Teresa since he was having a hard time finding someone reliable to rehab and lease his place. Overall very satisfied customer.
I am the co-owner of the company that cleans for the 3 Ocean Isle Beach properties which Signature Real Estate manages. They are well kept with the most darling designs and full of fun fashionable interior pieces. All of the houses feature a pool which is such a fantastic bonus. The locations are all with in walking distance to the Ocean. We manage and clean 25 houses between Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach and these three are the most well maintained and managed.
