They're great when they want you to buy something. I wanted to order a second band to go with my set that I bought a year ago. They no longer carry the set and said they'd call corporate to see if the band could be ordered and call me in a day. 5 days passed with no call. When I called someone filling in from another store brushed me off. I went to concord and the salesgirl had it ordered in 15 min with no issues and gave me a discount for my trouble. Looks like I have to travel out of my way to get good service! Will not purchase from this store again.
Customer service is horrible once you have purchased the jewelry. The sales people are rude and clueless on how to handle jewelry repair and warranties. They also do not do any repair in house so you have to send your jewelry off for 3 weeks to have anything done except cleaning unless you pay a $45 rush fee to have it done in approximately a week (no guarantee) and this is with the lifetime warranty that I purchased. My wife sent of her engagement ring before our wedding to be re-dipped and it came back with a diamond missing and had to send it off again after waiting 2 weeks the first time. I will never purchase another piece of jewelry from them and only go in now because I have to in order to keep my warranty. The prices may be ok but it is not worth it. I would rather pay double somewhere else just to avoid the aggravation.
