It was our first time visiting. I wanted to see the Pandora bracelets. The associate, "Hope" met us at the door. She didn't pressure us. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora. She was amazing. And fun to work with. Although we came in to look, my husband made the purchase. He feels comfortable knowing that Hope will be there to assist him when he comes back to purchase additional beads.
