My quest began at the Mall. I walked in with my valuable memories I wanted engraved. The first thing I was told "If we destroy these, are they replaceable?".......
I Googled engraving and by chance found Chauncey and his hounds at work one afternoon. I entered and a doorbell went off. Chauncey was in total focus of what he was doing. My first sign it was going to be a great experience. I had 6 sterling silver dog tags for our 3 very spoiled french bulldogs. I had brought them back from a recent trip to the UK. Chauncey had his healing hounds at the shop and I new I would be taken care of.
I just left the store, and I was very pleased with how straightforward and knowledgeable the owner is. I bought a beautiful jade bracelet in Sri Lanka, but unfortunately the clasp continues to come undone. The owner explained what he believed the issue was, and quoted me a very reasonable price for fixing it. He also attempted to fix my watch (which I also brought in) by replacing the battery, but unfortunately the issue is bigger than that and I have to go to a watch expert. I appreciated his honesty, and I can say with certainty that he is a reputable jeweler.
I would return to this Jeweler in a minute for any custom made jewelry and more. Having relocated from NYC this business get's 5 stars with me. Step aside franchise business and stick with the small independent jewelry business. Exceeding all expectations.

The sterling silver tags were ready. The font of the engraving was far more detailed than a stop at any specialty shop for this. Everything perfect the esthetic balance, I was and am thrilled.
I had specifically labeled each tag with the Capitols and lowercase as liked with phone number. He explained if there would be a flaw, they would be buffed. However in a week I was called to re confirm the most minute detail in the job. Another indication it would be 100%.
