The best jeweler on the east coast. Better than any I've found in NYC. Friendly beyond compare. Great work. Efficient. Incredibly fairly priced and will do anything you want. They didn't even hesitate when I asked them to set shards of megalodon (prehistoric shark) tooth in my wedding band. To my knowledge no one has ever done it. Just amazing people.
Fast forward several months, my now fiancée and I were back at Ringmaster to decide on wedding bands. The experience was again top notch. Michael and his staff were again so professional and accommodating in helping us with our decisions. At this point, they had my business for anything related to jewelry. They also repaired a major issue that I was having with a favorite watch of mine.
Michael Scott and his staff were exceptional right from the start! An initial phone call was friendly and professional. In spite of my asking many questions, I never felt rushed; Michael seemed genuinely interested in helping. It took several in-person meetings, and numerous phone messages and e-mails for my then-fiance and I to select the just-right design for my engagement and wedding bands. Michael was helpful, honest and fair; professional and friendly. We never felt pushed to exceed our budget. The center diamond belonged to my great-grandmother, and the center setting belonged to my grandmother. Michael was helpful with insight and guidance on design selection, but was very willing to incorporate our ideas. The unique, one-of-a-kind end result is beautiful; the picture does not do it justice! The detailed hand engraved scroll work and milgrain edge are gorgeous! Ten years later, I was again contacting Ringmaster in search for an anniversary band for my wife. At this point, we had moved some distance away out of state. I searched local businesses and the Internet, but found nothing to match my wife's wedding band. Michael and his staff (Jeremy) were again there to meet my every expectation. They made the process so easy short of having to mail my wife's rings to them to guarantee a match. While this was actually very easy, it was quite anxiety producing for me to place her rings in the mail. Jeremy was so great to work with and never seemed to mind my frequent calls and emails. The set that they created for us is absolutely stunning.
My fiance and I went to Ringmaster for a wedding band. I was skeptical, but some friends said how great their experience was so we gave them a chance. It was well worth it. We were thrilled with the service and attention to detail. The woman who helped us was very informative and patient as we selected the best ring. Once we selected the style she worked with us to specify the thickness and width of the ring that would be best for me. Once the ring arrived, my sweetheart secretly got it engraved which was a great surprise. Also, there is an excellent customer lounge worth visiting.
Before walking into Ring Masters Jewelers, I knew nothing about purchasing rings. Michael of Ring Masters Jewelers took it upon himself to educate me on rings instead of trying to sell me something as fast as possible. He helped me understand what I was purchasing instead of just buying a shiny & sparkling thing. After an introduction into the world of Diamonds, Michael showed me options in the price range I was looking at and did not try and oversell. Michael and his co workers were beyond professional, excellent to work with and never pushy. The two other jewelry retailers that I visited later that day did not spend half the time, enthusiasm or knowledge as Ring Masters. Ring Masters was a great first experience and I will continue to go back.
A little over ten years ago, I was shopping for an engagement ring for my then girlfriend. I had a few details in mind but was rather clueless about fine jewelry. I probably visited every shop in Winston-Salem without finding what I had in mind until I visited Ringmaster. The staff as a whole could not have been more accommodating to this naïve shopper. Michael Scott took the time to educate me on some of the finer details of making such a purchase. And while their inventory did not contain what I was searching for, we worked together to create a custom item for my future wife. No other shop in town offered this service to me. The result was perfect.
Some will think that such work is exceedingly expensive. My answer to that is absolutely not. Their prices are on par with other companies without the consideration of custom work. They will have my business for as long as they are in business no matter where I call home.
