After a very brief explanation of what I was looking to do Bill told me he was with a customer and to call back in 3 days. I doubt I’ll be calling them back or purchasing anything from their store. All customers are important, especially those seeking out your business. Had he told me at the beginning of the call he was with a customer I would have happily held or called back.
