just a bad experience. No one knows what they are doing, always get a different answer every time we go in or call . I have been waiting for a month for my Husbands wedding ring only to be told they have no clue when it will come in, then they call and tell me its ready for pick up only to get a call when we are walking in the store letting us know it was in fact not ready and on top of all of that they sized his ring wrong!!!. Don't waste your money here, staff has no clue what they are doing and they don't care.

Don't try to return anything and expect a friendly sales representative. Eye rolls, scoffs, and yelling across the store is what you'll be met with.
