Really bad service
I took my mother to get her first bracelet and charms today. The sales associate was so rude and disrespectful, it ruined the experience! I will definitely be keeping my business at the Pandora store in Charlotte from now on, the associates in that store are nothing but friendly and over-accommodating there
The last time I went I asked one of the salespersons a couple of questions about a bracelet. She couldn't answer my questions, asked me to come back in 30 minutes or so when another salesperson might be free. I left, went to 2 other stores, came back, and stood for 30 minutes while I was ignored. Horrible customer service.
This is the worst store I have ever been to in my life. I went in and ordered my girlfriend a promise ring for Christmas and the guaranteed it would arrive by Christmas. The ring is still it here and I called and they said it would be early February when it comes in. They ruined Christmas for my girlfriend. Also the sales staff is very rude. I will never shop here again.
I went to get my bracelets cleaned and they couldn't clean them because one lady claimed they had already poured the cleaning solution out. I refuse to leave my bracelets overnight. The solution shouldn't have been poured out if the store was not closed.
