The service was excellent was checked in your as what was wrong with your vehicle what were you there for they took it out they checked it they did what was asked of them to do came back let you know that there is other problems and was able to work out prices for your tires without having a fear of being too pushy. I received excellent service. Staff very friendly.
I was really impressed with Mock Tire & Automotive. I dropped in without an appointment and they were able to complete my inspection right away. They didn't try to sell me anything I don't need and the waiting room was nice.
Terrible service. Do not go here if you want the job done right. They "replaced" my back breaks and not 5 minutes after leaving they were scrubbing and again like they were never changed and They didn't adjust the e brake. God forbid I needed to use it after leaving there. Called and asked if they can fix it and they told me bring it back but it may cost more. I told them If the job was done right the first time I wouldn't have to bring it back up there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else please. They're very unprofessional...
