We bought a dirt bike for my son here, brand new. When we got the bike home, we noticed that the gas cap would not tighten completely. I went back to ask about it and the owner said I needed to buy a new cap and handed me one for $13 and said it was the correct one. When checking the other bikes like the one we bought, half of the gas caps were stripped as well. The salesman said kids come in there twisting them and strip them all of the time, yet they wanted to act like it was probably our fault that the gas cap was ruined. I brought home the $13 cap and it did not fit. I was already kind of irritated that I had to buy a gas cap for something that was supposed to be brand new. And now it was the wrong one that they sold me. My wife brought it back and they told her that the right one was $30. My wife brought up the point that the bike was supposed to be under warranty and they told her that it was only everything internal that was covered. My wife then asked for the money back from the wrong gas cap and they tried to tell her they would only give store credit. She insisted that they return the money because they sold us the wrong product and finally the owner gave her a return. But it was not all without an attitude. They treated my wife like it was our fault that they sold us a bike with a faulty gas cap and that we were wrong for them selling us the wrong cap. We gave this company good hard earned money and after we were out the door with our stuff, that's where the friendliness ended. I don't care how cool your store is, or how good of a physical product you have is, customer service is also a huge part of your overall product. Maybe the employees and owner are so strapped for money that they don't do the right thing and fix mistakes in order to maximize their sales, but guess what, what are you going to sell me when I don't return. Where is your customer retention skills at? Surely losing me as a customer isn't worth your precious $30 gas cap compared to what I had planned on spending at your store in the very near future. Good luck with your business practices and I would not recommend doing business with such snobby and selfish people. They do not stand behind their products.
Worst customer service ever.... Spent 1000$ on a bike for my son. Rode it for approx 20 minutes on Xmas before stuff started falling off the bike. Exhaust pipe came off cylinder head.. Gas cap fell off... Multiple times. Handlebars were loose. Etc. Etc. Called today since I live 2 hours away. Basically was told that it's a dirt bike and things rattle off. It was my responsibility to tighten everthing up and to put loctite on stuff. Will never ever step foot in this place again. They got my money and that's all that matters to them. Should not have to work on a new bike after 10 year old boy putters around the back yard for 20 min. Absolutely the worst customer service ever... Go somewhere else.
TERRIBLE!!! Went in there today to possibly buy an ATV. The sales person showed me some atv's of the CFMoto make and when I said that I saw many bad reviews on several websites, he got very defensive and rude before walking off. I mean, he behaved like he had invented and designed them himself, it seemed... Worst experience I've ever had in any store! I just wanted to see if they had any bad experiences with those atv's before I decide to spend so much money on one but he wasn't having it. Quickly decided to take my business elsewhere, I will never set foot in that place again and I hope people reading this follow my advice and do the same!
I usually dont pay attention to these reviews but in this case i wish i had, i bought a trx 450r from these guys as soon as i got home the battery was dead, i charged it up hit the start button and the starter gear was stripped out, not to mention the motor is leaking oil from every gasket it has. The customer service was poor and i was hung up on when i called to confront them, the sorriest shop ive ever been to dont waste your money on these crooks
Worst store ever, customer service is the worst ive ever expienced, DO NOT waste your time even stopping buy, wouldnt give the 10 cents for anything they own, all products are horrible (new and used). Down right bad, STAY AWAY!!!
