When stopping in an auto parts store in the old town to pick up some fuses, a conversation started about Charlie‘s automotive and David‘s reputation, which is stellar in this area based on that conversation.
They were super friendly and helpful! My family was traveling through to Myrtle Beach from Michigan when we had car problems. They could get us in the same day so we could get back to vacation. The owner and staff worked quickly and did a great job!
Also his Dogs are incredibly friendly to humans and welcomed my Belgian Malinois Brady with open paws.
In early December of this year 2017, I was on a planned trip back to Florida and my Engine had froze up, not knowing who to bring my vehicle to I decided on the closest mechanic which was Charlie’s automotive , after reviewing the situation David gave me all the options based on the repairs needed, he and Joe showed me each damaged part and gave an exact cost of each replacement, this allowed me to make the right decisions on whether to get a new vehicle or replace existing parts. David gave me time frames that were realistic and he did meet which when out of town this is Crucial, I will continue to refer clients to him being my new residents will be here in Pfafftown NC.
My experience was amazing! Traveling from Maine, my thermostat on the MIlan was going. IT was diagnosed in minutes and my car was driven directly into a bay. Three beautiful well behaved dogs greeted me in the office and did not attempt to eat my orange. :) I was back on the road by noon. I was confident that my vehicle had been in good hands & very blessed to find this place. Thank you Dave and company. God bless.
