Modern has always been great to me and my family. Out of myself, my mother, and step father, we've bought a total of 6 cars from modern. My first personal experience with modern was when I was 18 buying my first car on my own. I was leaving for US Navy boot camp and couldn't get the car for four months because I had to graduate boot and school first. They not only held my Scion TC for me until then but also FED EX me the paper work to sign because I was stationed in TX. Recently I traded that scion in to upgrade and got a 2017 Toyota Camry. They were once again so easy to work with. I have worked with the same sales rep both times (Nancy Smith) and she was absolutely amazing. And so easy to work with. Being a service member from Winston but stationed out of state Modern has always been more than accommodating of the situation, and understanding. I'm always grateful for modern and their professionalism and just how easy it is to work with them. Thank you to Nancy and Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem. I absolutely loved my scion but I'm most definitely enjoying my new Camry!

Unfortunately, a great dealership has now become dollar concentric rather than perfect customer experience focused. This happens when majority of employees are commission-only based income.

The excellent service begins when you turn in your car. The rep takes the time to listen to you and ensures that he understands what the car issues are. Then he ensures that your needs are met, either directing you to the very nice waiting area or if you want a rental car. The waiting room is very comfortable and you get free coffee, water and coke. They have a very clean handicap friendly bathroom. The rep in the waiting room, is there for you, updates on your car or comfort issues. Everyone is very friendly and professional. All service provided is explained so I completely understand what was done to my car. I am very appreciative of all the professional Modern reps I come in contact with.

Service Department: This dealership does a great job of serving the customer while it services your vehicle. Their staff are helpful and polite, and the same service person sees you every time you come in. They have a large open waiting room with coffee, waters, and sodas for free. To my knowledge they've never ripped me off or suggested unnecessary work. I'm a loyal customer.

Winter was awesome. She was so helpful and courteous. I would come back to Modern for her alone! My daughter and wife loved her and I just talked with her on the phone and could tell she was great!

Sad as this WAS a great place to do business!
