Car research & car buying is not something I enjoy in general, but the people at Flow, especially the sales consultant I worked with, Todd Hurley, made it excellent. Todd was timely, polite, honest, and very diligent. He worked quickly and efficiently to help me and my family identify our car needs and he was also very gracious. The positive experience extended to Todd's colleagues as well . Flow was great to work with! I was also pleasantly surprised by the good post-purchase amenities they offer to. Buy at Flow and ask for Todd Hurley, it will be worth it.
Great Salesman! Charles Walker is the man to meet, if your looking for a great car and a great trade in! We went flow just to look! Charles made us a deal that was unbelievable and we couldn't refuse it! Today we drive a car with lower miles and a warranty! I would definitely come back to buy the next one!
We have recently purchased our third vehicle from Flow GM and wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the Triad. Oscar Ledbetter, Jr., the sales associate we worked with this time, was fantastic. We told him exactly what we wanted and he had us in our new vehicle in just a few hours. He even held a great conversation with our toughest critic (the 5 year old) during the test drive.
