Love the place in theory. You can go in and browse the lot at your leisure. No one will bother you or pressure you. The majority of the vehicles are unlocked so you can take a good long look. You only have to ask for keys for more luxury or sport options. The buying process was fairly seemless. Most of it was done via email. There were a few hiccups in finding us the right vehicle, however, so I can't rate them higher. There were multiple times I wished I had gone to a traditional dealership and dealt with all the expected hassles. I'd have taken possession of the vehicle much sooner.
After getting fed up after two weeks of being contacted about the car I came to discover the car was actually constantly breaking down and being worked on, despite it being less than two years old with 35k miles. And believe me they tried really hard to not provide me with that information.

originally went here to purchase a vehicle with cash in hand and they kept refusing to let me see the vehicle I was interested in because it was "being cleaned"
