To begin, I usually like to write reviews only if they are good, but when it comes to buying a car, I feel like other consumers need to know what to expect. This specific review is on their internet sales. They claimed in response to a previous review they would address this issue, but have apparently not done so.

I bought a 2009 Colorado from them. Customer service was fine to an extent. I felt welcomed but they where not willing to work with me on the price at all that’s fine cause I was In love with this truck. Big mistake on my part.one week after I got the truck the passlock system fails and my truck won’t start. I do commend them on wanting to fix it they did send it to their mechanic. But had no luck on fixing it. So I let them try again when it failed the second time, finally I took it to the Chevrolet dealer. They had it fixed in a couple days. About 6 months later the transmission went out and believe me I baby this truck. I didn’t see fit to contact them again. But I guess it’s not their fault I’m the idiot that over paid for a truck. should have took the hint when they wouldn’t work with me on price.

*One of the employees I dealt with did contact me after I posted the review and did say they were ready to help me with the vehicle we were interested in. There was not much they could do to rectify the situation since it was simply with customer service in the past. I had posted at a one star. I will Up it to two for now. We will see how it goes from here.

This was not a good impression of the kind of business they are. No we did not go look at any cars, but this review is on their internet sales. Not very professional. I think I would take my business elsewhere.

Definitely a great dealership if you're looking for a straight forward purchase and want a car that is worth its value. The Minton motor team is very welcoming and will go out of there way to make sure you're happy with your purchase. Definitely will buy future cars and recommend people. Thank you Minton motor team

First time dealing with a used car lot. Very awesome and helpful team at Minton. Had a freak occurrence happen with the car where the brake caliper fell off and obliterated into peices. The service crew picked up the car the next day and had it repaired. New caliper, brake pads AND a new matching wheel all free to me under their warranty. Was ready to go within a week and no problems since. Would definitely recommend this place to the next person I hear looking for their next car purchase.

*** The phone call from the owner consisted of him apologizing for our experience again. He did everything they could to try and make up for the poor experience we had. I will again up the star rating to a 4 since they have reached out twice to address the issue.

Which. I’m sure they will take the time to try and negate this review. Perhaps the time spent “defending” yourself online should be refocused to your customers. I do fully expect a reply to this review with possible profanity. But it’s worth it to me if others have a better idea what to expect.

** After this. They did do as I asked and sent me two videos of the car equaling 2 minutes in length. They responded in a reasonable time to messages through text after the review was posted. I did ask for more information from them about the car. They said they would send it the following day. It was documentation on mechanical work they did to the car so the mechanic wasn’t there at the time and the information could not be retrieved. For the quick responses form this, I will up my review to three stars.

Great place to buy a car. They worked well with us, were honest, and they were very helpful throughout the process.

We called to inquire about a vehicle since we are out of state. I decided to give them a chance to prove their reviews wrong. I asked for the CARFAX to be sent to me and they said they would. Called back an hour later because they never sent it. Said they did something wrong so it didn’t send. So they fixed what they did wrong and sent it. After that we asked to video call so we could see the vehicle before driving 5 hours to test it out. They said they would call us in 15 mins. They never called. I called them after an hour passed by and they said they had a customer come in and they were busy and two employees short for the day so they would call me back in 15 minutes again. Another hour went by and still no call.

I had not received it by 12:30 the next afternoon. That is when the owner called to apologize not to give information. I did tell them not to worry about it since we bought a vehicle elsewhere. They were very understanding and apologetic.
