One of my favorite parks in the area! Beautiful with lots of trails to hike with kids and dogs.
This Historical replication brings back memories of childhood field trips. Keeping updated musical concerts within the confines of grass knoll scenic venues gives all publics the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors while reliving the pilgrimage of our ancestors. I enjoy walking my dog an jouneying alone. A Beautiful place for all.
Great place for kids to get an idea of how life was back then. Stopped at the info center/ gift shop and a lovely lady gave my grandson alot of information. At 8 he was very interested and wanted a book about life for the first settlers in Winston Salem. Good educational experience.
Beautiful park with most of the oringinal Moravian settler structure still standing! You can see the cut marks on the logs for how they processed them into the houses. Parking plentiful, just off the greenway and well kept grounds.
