I was looking for temporary storage as I transitioned from one home to another. I not only found the perfect climate controlled space at a great price, but also a warm welcome and new friends. Kerri and her sweet dog Hammer make the office a cozy place to stop by to say hello. I enjoy doing business with any company that has an animal on staff, and Kerri also provides food and shelter for feral cats that live in the area, which won my heart. I know my storage items are safe and secure and love that I can access them any time. Even after I've moved into my new home, I plan on stopping by for conversation and dog kisses!
The facility is great and Kerri is phenomenal to work with. I have had a unit here for at least 3 years and in that time I have had odd circumstances that have changed pretty regularly so I have had a 10'x10' climate controlled unit, a 10'x15' climate controlled unit, a large non-climate controlled unit for a short time and now I am back to a 10'x10' climate controlled unit. Kerri is always willing to work with me and very accommodating of my changing storage needs. I highly recommend Jonestown Self-Storage and will continue to use them in the future!
