One of the best business experiences of my life! Staff is friendly, facility is accomodating, convenient, and clean, and the pricing is great. I am storing my things here over summer break, and their over-the-phone payment system is fantastic! Definitely will be a return customer for as long as I stay in Winston.
I was very impressed with EVERYTHING about CubeSmart Self Storage in Winston-Salem. First and foremost was the excellent customer service my daughter and I received from the General Manager, Daniel Phillips. He was so helpful getting my daughter and her belongings into and out of storage. His professional and polite demeanor was appreciated! And...the facility is super clean and very accessible!
Great customer service, super clean, and very convenient location! I was really discouraged after looking at several other storage facilities in Winston Salem and I was SO RELIEVED to find this CubeSmart that is so well-kept and secure. Katie was onsite the day I moved in and was very helpful in coordinating things with my movers and making my day a little less stressful. Thanks Katie!!!
