I can't say enough great things about this company. This was my second time using them. They are so friendly and professional, and hardworking! They are about their business when they are running the clock. They are skilled in securely packing items in their truck. Even when they are securing furniture with drawers, they use large, strong plastic wrap and not tape that can leave residue on furniture and not to mention pull the finish on wood furniture. They've thought of it all. I have no doubt that when I need a moving company again, I will be calling them. The are now under my phone contacts!
I used them one year ago and one of the guys showed up drunk and I had to call the owner to replace him. One of my dressers were messed up and my shoe case broken as well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and had them move me again over the weekend. The owner had never wrote down the correct date that I was moving and I had to call and find out where they were. I was told they could be there in 30 minutes but an hour and a half later they came. $500 will get you lots of complaining from the workers, a broken nightstand, broken dresser, and missing diamond earrings.
After being given the runaround by another Winston Salem moving company, we contacted this company and were able to move us within two days of contacting them. They arrived on time and were considerate of our neighbors with whom we shared a driveway. We had mostly large pieces of furniture which they covered and wrapped carefully. They arrived at the new place and worked quickly to assemble and place items. They were polite, respectful, courteous, and careful with our most fragile items. I recommend them highly and plan to use them for our next move!
All Pro just moved us, and we couldn't have been more impressed with them. They work so hard, efficiently, and with a GREAT attitude the entire time!
