Room was spacious & clean, kitchen set up very nicely, & the bathroom roomy. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Upon arrival, the outside was neatly maintained. The hotel is off the interstate 40 well enough that you don't hear traffic yet close enough to be easily accessible. The staff greated me warmly, made pleasant conversion while checking me into the hotel, and helped me with some forgotten personal toiletries. The room was large and comfortable: the bedding soft and warm. The complementary breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were many of healthy alternatives for those with dietary concerns. All in all this was the best hotel I've stayed at for quite some time. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone.
Stayed here one night for a wedding and actually wish we had time to stay a bit longer (we checked in late afternoon and had to check out early the next morning). The room was really nice, especially for the price. We had a mini-kitchen with a sink, small dishwasher, and full-size fridge. The TV had hulu/other streaming options. The continental breakfast was pretty standard but always nice to have that included. Also, I found myself without some needed toiletries and the woman working at the front was really nice and gave me some. We don't live very far away and we're already planning a weekend trip to go back and will stay here.
Great hotel! The rooms were very clean and all you needed was in one room. The staff was friendly and helpful!
Overall the location is convenient to many places in Winston-Salem, particularly the shopping areas. The building is new and fairly clean. However two of the glasses in our room were dirty and the toilet paper holder was broken. The bed was large and comfortable. Service was good, but they had run out of eggs and oatmeal when we came down for breakfast. They made more, but the oatmeal clearly needed a lot more time to finish cooking.
