It was a clean room with helpful well mannered staff and a great breakfast
My only complaint was the polystyrene plates, cups and plastic cutlery used for the breakfast . Not environmentally friendly or classy. If you green you should bring your own travel plates and cutlery.
Nice room and well located in the city. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
Would stay here again in a heartbeat if I come back to Winston-Salem. Staff professional and courteous, beds super comfortable and cozy, room and bathroom spotless, the shower appeared brand new, the rooms felt noise-proof. Breakfast had very good variety.

Nothing special about the hotel. Seems to be fairly clean and somewhat updated. This is a one-night stay pass through Hotel. Nothing within walking distance to anything.
