We stopped at this location for an overnight stay. We had to rush into town because a loved one was not well. We looked up reviews and decided it was okay enough to stay here. The front desk staff were friendly, once on the elevator I looked into the corners of the floor and you could see some grim build up. Made me a little uncomfortable but I could look past it. The room was mostly clean, there was some trim also built up in the corners of the room and a few stains that were on the pillows and sheets. Did not seem to be fresh, had been washed out but stained not the less. I would see there needs to be a little more detail to clean locations you don't think you're guest will always look. However, we didn't directly have an issue with our stay and served the purpose for a location to lay our head for a few hours. I would likely recommend this place for a stop in and go visit only.
Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and filling. Large parking area in front for oversize vehicles/those with trailers. Good choice of restaurants within walking/short driving distance. I would stay again with no problems.
Nice fridge.TV small. Chair in corner has no lighting in that area so cant use to read. Beds comfortable. Linens nice. Quiet on third floor near end of hall. Self service breakfast has many items to choose from round the clock.
Excellent staff, well mannered and willing to help with anything you ask of them. Breakfast was good and overall we had a nice pleasant stay. Rooms were fantastic and staff didn’t bother you if you asked to be left alone. We were very pleased with the Front desk gentlemen as well. He was bubbly and constantly asking how we were and if we needed anything.
This is my first negative review, ever. The service has gradually gone downhill since my initial stay. Good luck finding a soda machine even when given directions. No one went out of their way to help me, even when it was obvious I was frustrated. The place was really enjoyable right after renovations, but not so much the last few visits. This past visit my room was given to someone else after I was in bed asleep. The man was embarrassed, and it scared me to death. No apologies, assurance, or acknowledgement from the staff that everything was ok. One of the driving entrances to the hotel is a mess! Just dirt and gravel. No one says hello when you walk through the door. Many of them just avoid eye contact, including the maids. This is not the service I was used to in the past. The rest of my complaints are petty, but they do add up. Don't understand what happened. It used to be such a nice place to stay.
Acces to parking difficult to get in and out. Not a lot of parking.
Easy to check in. Bussed our our own luggage. Room is tight in space. Desk chair leaned to the right. Shower toilet area very tight. Tub is very narrow. Sink is in the outer room withe the beds and desk.
