The store in the shape I just left on University Parkway Winston Salem NC. That was the biggest mess of an obstacle course I've ever seen. Maybe the manager on duty on 09/02/17 at 2:30pm needs to be replaced. I actually cut my finger trying to move the merchandise they had stuck in every isle I went down. I just got a Home Depot credit card and I may have made a big mistake. Don't recommend this store at all. Told and showed the cashier that I had a cut and she basically ignored it and looked to the guy behind me, like ok move on.
WARNING - check the lot carefully when parking. We got a flat tire from a nail spill here as they do not clean the lot.
Patience is needed here. You think going first thing in the morning would be wise because the service moves so slow.... don't do it. I don't think they are awake yet as it usually takes longer to find someone to help you in the morning, even at the front desk for returns.
Good store had a little trouble finding help but they were very busy
I like Lowes much better.The people at home depot dont help out finding things. Also workers seem too busy on their phones to see if customers need assistance. I'd much rather shop somewhere else. The only reason I stopped here is because it was near the hotel.
The only great service I've had here is in the cutting area. The guys are great and will go beyond the standard 1 or 2 quick cuts.
Home Depot is a wonderful place to shop! The employees are so nice, friendly, and helpful. They greet you with a smile and are eager to help. I used to shop at Lowes, but Home Depot has won me over! I highly recommend shopping at Home Depot. Thanks
