Visited the store this morning about 9 am. Most employees were busy restocking and made no effort to accommodate shoppers. I would even say they were rude. And if the cashier was the MOD, she set the standard even higher. This was the only HF where I have experienced such behavior. I advise women (I am 64yr old back female) not to look for a friendly atmosphere.

This is a solid Harbor Freight as long as you know what you're getting when you go. Do NOT expect Snap-on or Mac quality anything when you go here. Expect Craftsman quality (or honestly a little better anymore...) from most things. Their nuts/bolts are trash, their powertools are excellent if you're only going to use them a couple times and dont want many features. I used their 12V Li-Ion Impact back to back with my Milwaukee 12V (old brushed model) and it is almost as powerful, but the batteries aren't as good and the materials aren't as good. hand tools are great for almost anyone who isn't a full-time mechanic.
